  • After ordering a dumpster, do I have to pick it up? Where will the dumpster be placed?
    After your order is placed, we will deliver the dumpster to your specified address/location. Once you fill the dumpster or your rental time is complete, we will then pick it up and haul it away. We take care of the hauling, tarping, etc. It as easy as "you fill it, we haul it!" Placement of the dumpster must be in a safe/secure area. Generally speaking, it is best to place the dump trailer on a hard/flat surface. We will make sure the trailer is safe & secure before your rental time begins. We will coordinate drop off location with you prior to the rental period starting.
  • After I place an order do I have to fill out any paper work?
    Once your order is received, an email will be sent to you directly containing our "Container Rental Agreement" form. All we need is a signature confirmation before delivery of the dumpster. If you do not want to fill it out via email, a paper copy can be provided for you at the time of drop off. *Please note* "Container Rental Agreement" MUST be signed before or on dumpster delivery unless otherwise stated.
  • Do I have to be present at the time of delivery of the dumpster?
    As long as the rental agreement has been signed & the drop off location has been confirmed, no, you do not have to be present for dumpster drop off or pick up.
  • What cannot go in the dumpster?
    Any items from this list found in the dumpster will be subject to additional fees and or damages that may have occurred. PROHIBITED ITEMS: · Substances hazardous to health such as toxic or corrosive materials or liquids; · Any liquids of any kind whether contained or not; · Cans, drums or other containers of any kind unless they are empty and crushed; so incapable of carrying any liquid; · Medical waste or animal carcasses of any kind or quantity; · Any other material not listed above however considered unsuitable for containment e.g. malodorous waste; Including but not limited to: asbestos, paint, tires, gas bottle, fridges, freezers, TVs, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, computer monitors, liquids and solvents. · Extremely heavy materials such as dirt, rock, mined ore or concrete.   • Is there a certain way we should load the dumpster?
    All we ask is that the dumpster is loaded evenly. When your rental time is completed, there should be no garbage or debris hanging above or outside the wooden sides. Failure to comply can result in additional costs If any questions arise during your rental, do not hesitate to ask, we are here to help!
  • Can I move the dump trailer after it has been placed?
    No. Once secure drop off has been completed, only licensed 605 Hauling staff will allowed to move the trailer. If you need immediate assistance, please call (605) 553-0711 to get the dumpster moved (additional costs will apply).
  • Does my trash have to be bagged up or can it be loose?
    The trash/debris does not have to be bagged. We will properly tarp the load when we haul it away to insure nothing falls out and limit any possible debris from escaping
  • What are the common uses for a dumpster rental?
    Garage/home cleanouts, kitchen & bathroom demos, junk removal, yard clean up, landscape & DIY projects, etc. The main idea for renting a dumpster is to save you the time/hassle of going to the landfill.
  • Does the dumpster have a door I can open?
    Yes, the back of the trailer has a door that can open for easier loading. Please make sure you close the door when finished loading and make sure nothing is prohibiting the door from closing properly
